HUD OLDER ADULT HOME MODIFICATION PROGRAM (OAHMP)
SC UpLift Community Outreach has been awarded a $2 million grant from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) through the Older Adult Home Modification Program (OAHMP). This transformative funding will enhance the lives of aging adults in Chester, Fairfield, and Union counties by providing essential home modifications that improve safety, accessibility, and comfort. These upgrades will allow seniors to age in place with dignity and independence.
Sc Housing Home Repair Program
SC UpLift Community Outreach is a participate of the Home Repair Program and Critical Home Repair Program of the SC Housing Trust Fund Program. As a participate, we provide financial assistance to help low to very low-income homeowners with essential interior and exterior home repairs to correct life, health and safety issues so that they can live safely in their homes. These programs help to repair or replace major housing systems, including roofs, water heaters and HVAC equipment.
