Older adults home modification program information session

SC UpLift will host informational sessions on the Older Adult Home Modification Program (OAHMP) from June 2–5, 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM. These sessions will provide valuable information about available home modifications designed to help older adults remain safe, independent, and comfortable in their homes. Community members are encouraged to attend, learn about eligibility requirements, and connect with program staff for assistance and resources.
