  • Attend Board Meetings as required by the Board
  • Attend and assisting in planning and notification of the annual meeting
  • Solicitation of Vendor Proposals and Bids, including Negotiation and on-going management of Vendor Services
  • Assist with maintenance and on-going improvements of common areas and association property
  • Send notices for meetings and provide a seamless two-way communication approach with all owners of property
  • Financial Management, with detailed reporting 
  • Assistance in obtaining a Reserve Study and the on-going adherence to the results of the Reserve Study 
  • Enforcement of Association Documents to include violation Inspections and on-going follow up 
  • Collections and Enforcement of delinquent payments 
  • Annual Budget preparation 
  • Asset Management and Review including pool, tennis courts, gated entrances, clubhouse and other amenities 
  • On-site management and other related staff needs for large scale communities

When you engage in our property management services, you can choose to be supported by a professional property manager and assistant manager /or leasing agent, depending on the number of units under management contract. The properties we manage have maintenance personnel assigned to them to ensure that the integrity of the properties’ assets are professionally maintained for the benefit of the owners.
